Ayer murio uno de los grandes autores, JD Salinger. Salinger hizo una de las novelas clasica de la literatura moderna norteamericana, Catcher in the Rye. Este libro ha ido subiendo y bajando en preferencia de los criticos. Luego se volvio famoso para unos sectores por que el asesino de John Lennon, Mark David Chapman, estaba obsesionado por el libro y fue clave en su locura para matar a Lennon. Sin embargo el libro era un clasico y siguio siendo.
En manera personal, ningun libro me ha impactado como este. Para mi es mi libro favorito. Nunca habra libro que me impacte tanto. Salinger despues se volvio un recluso y nunca hizo un libro que se compara con Catcher in the Rye. Sin embargo su nombre trascendera. Gracias Salinger por Catcher in the Rye.
